• Group Report: A report summarizing the aggregate CQ Assessment or Cultural Values Profile results of participants. There is a 10-person minimum to pull the report. The purchase of this package will provide you with access to one group report for your selected program.
• Table Talks Toolkit & Videos: A series of four, 2-minute videos that can be used to effectively stimulate discussion about cultural differences among in-tact teams. The videos come with a facilitator’s guide that leaders can use to facilitate meaningful discussions with teams. The videos can be used multiple times to focus on different aspects of effective intercultural engagement (e.g., addressing implicit bias, promoting self-awareness, improving CQ, etc.).
• Cultural Values Reflection Exercise: An exercise designed to help your team discuss similarities and differences in the group, thus providing an opportunity to enhance team performance.
