Use the Cultural Values Essentials learning package to help your group identify their preferred approach to life and work and how those preferences compare to those in the group. Cultural Values influence how your team communicates, plans, and executes tasks. This package provides various interactive tools to help enrich your team’s awareness and agility around CQ and cultural values.

The Cultural Values Profile provides you with a core understanding of your team’s cultural value preferences and how those influence your team’s approach to life and work. Personalized feedback report will outline your team’s cultural value preferences and how these relate to different clusters of people globally and will provide your team with tips for working and relating to those whose values differ.

What are Cultural Value Preferences?

Cultural values are personal preferences. These values have no intrinsic meaning. In other words, it is not “better” to have one preference or another. Instead, the cultural value dimensions are simply descriptive ways to help individuals consider their own preferences and how they may differ from others.

Additional information about this package:

  • Group Report: A report summarizing the aggregate CQ Assessment or Cultural Values Profile results of participants. There is a 10-person minimum to pull the report. The purchase of this package will provide you with access to one group report for your selected program.
  • Sample Course Syllabus: Sample syllabus filled with potential assignments, reflection papers, and group activities related to CQ.
  • Educator Resource Kit & Videos: A supplemental kit providing educators with resources for facilitating discussions about diversity, global engagement, and cultural intelligence with students and others across campus. The kit includes a series of videos, a Student Discussion Guide, and a set of CQ exercises.
  • CQ Starter Online Course:  A short, online session and the ideal way to introduce cultural intelligence. Participants learn what CQ is, why it matters, and where to go next on their journey toward cultural intelligence.
