Use the Cultural Intelligence Essentials with Pre/Post Measurement bundle to measure participants’ multicultural skills. The Cultural Intelligence Assessment measures an individual’s current skill set, and their personal feedback report provides them the opportunity to develop and improve those skills. Use this tool to assess participants twice then compare their capabilities to see how skills have changed. Administer the CQ assessments at two distinct times and receive two comprehensive reports. This bundle adds a Post CQ Assessment to the Cultural Intelligence Essentials bundle.

Additional information about this bundle:

  • Group Report: A report summarizing the aggregate CQ Assessment or Cultural Values Profile results of participants. There is a 10-person minimum to pull the report. The purchase of this package will provide you with access to one group report for your selected program.
  • Sample Course Syllabus: Sample syllabus filled with potential assignments, reflection papers, and group activities related to CQ.
  • Educator Resource Kit & Videos: A supplemental kit providing educators with resources for facilitating discussions about diversity, global engagement, and cultural intelligence with students and others across campus. The kit includes a series of videos, a Student Discussion Guide, and a set of CQ exercises.
  • CQ Starter Online Course:  A short, online session and the ideal way to introduce cultural intelligence. Participants learn what CQ is, why it matters, and where to go next on their journey toward cultural intelligence.

 

The CQ Pre/Post Assessment measures the following at Time 1 & Time 2:

  • CQ Drive: Level of interest, persistence, and confidence during multicultural interactions.
  • CQ Knowledge: Understanding of how cultures are similar and different.
  • CQ Strategy: Awareness and ability to plan for multicultural interactions.
  • CQ Action: Ability to adapt when relating and working in multicultural contexts.

 

In addition, the CQ Pre/Post Assessment provides mapping of a person’s preferences on 10 cultural values:

The Feedback Report includes:

  • Self-Ratings & Norms for the 4 CQ Capabilities at Time 1 and Time 2

  • Comparison of Time 1 and Time 2 CQ scores
  • Personal Cultural Value Preferences
